Terms & Conditions for ultra66 Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using the platform and ultra66. They apply to the ultra66 website, mobile browser experience, sports betting markets, slots, live dealer games, poker, lottery-style products, promotions, loyalty rewards, and related customer support services.

You must provide complete, current, and accurate information. You may not register for another person, use a false identity, or transfer, sell, lend, or share your ultra66 Account.

Unless ultra66 gives written approval, only one Account is permitted per person, household, device, payment instrument, and shared internet connection. Duplicate accounts may be restricted or closed. Associated bonuses and winnings may be withheld where duplication was used to gain an unfair benefit.

ultra66 may perform Know Your Customer, age, address, payment ownership, anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, and source-of-funds checks before or after accepting deposits or wagers. You must submit authentic, legible documents through the secure ultra66 upload process. Deposits must come from a payment method that you are authorised to use. Withdrawals are generally returned through the original deposit route or another verified method in the same name. Live dealer decisions and authenticated game records are final unless a verified technical fault materially affected the outcome. Where ultra66 has reasonable grounds to investigate prohibited conduct, it may restrict an Account and review relevant activity. Any decision to void bets, remove improperly obtained benefits, or close an Account will be based on available records and applied proportionately.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, ultra66 will provide notice and a reasonable explanation.

A closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure. Clauses concerning verification, settlement, fair play, privacy, liability, complaints, and outstanding payment obligations continue where necessary.

If you believe a transaction, wager, bonus decision, or Account action is incorrect, contact ultra66 support promptly and provide your username, relevant date and time in MYT, transaction or bet reference, and a clear description of the issue. ultra66 will investigate using Account logs, payment records, game-provider records, communication history, and other relevant evidence. Complex disputes may require additional time or referral to a provider. You must cooperate reasonably and provide requested supporting information.

ultra66 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in Services, payment methods, security controls, game-provider requirements, legal obligations, or responsible gambling practices. The effective date shown near the top of this page indicates the current version.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform or during Account access. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not accept a change, stop using ultra66 and request Account closure.
